- Contact CW88's Geocoins before returning any items.
- Under certain conditions you may return the product for a replacement (if still in stock) within 30 days of delivery. Due to the possibility of 'activating' the geocoins, full returns are not
possible in most cases unless agreed upon before returning - in all situations return cost is covered by the buyer.
- The product must be in new condition and unactivated.
- To avoid any Customs charges please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS'.
- If a package is unclaimed you might have to pay a handling fee.

It is appropriate that the consumer controls the delivery to verify that this is accurate and error free. At the complaint, the customer contacts CW88's Geocoins and gives information relevant and the reason for complaint.
You may return the product for a replacement within 30 days of delivery if the product is still available. Due to the possibility of activating a Geocoin, full returns/refunds are usually not possible unless agreed upon before returning. If a replacement is not possible, a partial refund may be offered instead. Once CW88's Geocoins has received any returned products, replacements will be sent out as soon as possible at no extra cost. If any refund is to be given, this will happen after CW88's Geocoins has received the returned packaged. Please allow 7-14 days for that refund to be processed.
When returning the product, it must be in new condition. If the product is ruined or used/activated the product shall not be refunded. Make sure to include contact information with the return and if possible, please provide us with a tracking number. CW88's Geocoins suggests you get a receipt and a package ID for the return from the delivery service, as it makes it easier to follow the return shipment if needed.
CW88's Geocoins will send a replacement or make a refund of eligible returns. If you paid by invoice, we will need a bank account number or Paypal address to transfer the money back to. The easiest way is to e-mail it to us along with a brief description of your case.
Returning A Package
If a returned item is shipped international, please clearly mark the
package 'RETURNED GOODS', to avoid any Customs charges. CW88's Geocoins
is NOT responsible for any return Customs charges made. Any charges incurred
are the responsibility of the customer.
For any returns, exchanges or replacements, it is up to the buyer to cover the costs of return shipping.
If the product is lost or you, upon receiving, notice that the item has
been damaged during transport, you should immediately report this to us. If possible a replacement will be sent once the product has been returned to CW88's Geocoins. However all return shipping costs are covered by the buyer.
For packages that are not cashed at your post office within 14 days, CW88's Geocoins reserves the right to charge you a handling fee to cover return shipping and freight companies' administrative costs.
